Christopher Glenn King passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2009, he was 45. He was born on July 22, 1963 to Kenneth King and Patricia Lewis King in Riverside, New Mexico. As a young man, he was a boy scout and a member of the Church of Christ. He was a past firefighter with the Grants Fire Department, where he served as a First Responder Instructor. He will always be remembered, as an expert electronic technician, having worked for SRX, Lectronics, and receiving a Peak Performer Award from Motorola. He survived by his parents; Kenneth and Patricia D. King of the family home in Grants. Two sons; Charles Page and his wife Cassie of Lake Conroe, TX. and Corey King of Edgewood, NM. One daughter; Mari King also of Edgewood, NM. One brother; Michael King and his wife Rhetta of Grants. Aunts Suzie Lewis Duran and Brianna (Peggy) Lewis, and cousin Kelly Eldridge. Two nephews; Christopher Michael King of Grants, and John Gallegos of Albuquerque. Two nieces; Kristin Gallegos of Grants and Ashley Gallegos of Grants. Three grandchildren; Bailey Page, Kalah Page, and Bryler Page, all of Lake Conroe, TX. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to AAIM Animal Humane Society PO Box 1445 Grants, NM. Pallbearers include; Tony Boyd, Steve Mitchell, Dusty Eldridge, John Gallegos, Bert Hiles, and Robert Hayes. Honorary Pallbearers include; Charles Page and Jeff Mayers.
