Loving wife, mother, grandmother and devoted friend, passed away July 10, 2015. Claire was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on August 31, 1946. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Marguerite Giguere. Claire is survived by husband, William of 48 years; daughter, Cheryl; sons, Jim, Chris, and David; grandchildren, Cody, Benjamin, Jacob, Amanda, Sinead, Nicole and Ethan; Brother, Joseph; and numerous extended family members and countless friends. Claire will be missed dearly. She had the special ability to befriend and connect with all who met her, and she truly had a kind, caring and generous heart. The family wishes to express our most sincere gratitude to our extended family and friends who supported Claire through her illness, and especially the Presbyterian Cancer Center and Hospice teams. Your care and compassion was heartfelt and inspirational during this trying time. Service of Love and Remembrance will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE.
