Claudine Annette Martinez

Age 57, a resident of Bernalillo, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, February 19, 2012. Claudine had a loving, kind and giving spirit that will be greatly missed. She grew up in Chama, graduated from Escalante High School and later attended UNM, TVI and graduated from Southwest Business College. Claudine was preceded in death by her father, Albert Martinez; grandparents, Celestino and Lucia Martinez and Onofre and Rose Gallegos; three, uncles, Arthur and Onofre Jr. Gallegos and Elmore Vose; aunts, Susie G. Valdez and Juanita C. Martinez. She is survived by her loving mother, Verna G. Martinez; sister, Arla Jaramillo and husband Edwin; nieces, JoVonne and Elizabeth Jaramillo; aunts, Nellie Vose of Las Vegas, NV, Pauline Sanchez of Los Ojos, NM, Rose Martinez and husband Ray of Bernalillo, NM, Victoria Bauer, Anna Sanchez and Lucy Mae Romero all of Santa Fe, NM and Esther Gurule of Espanola, NM; one uncle, Rudy Martinez and wife Cathy of Hernandez, NM; her colleagues at H & R Block, Jean Tafoya, Ramona Martinez, Lucy Porras-Morales and Lorraine Chavez. Claudine also leaves behind numerous other friends, cousins, relatives and her four legged friend, Toby. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She will live on forever in our hearts. Vaya con Dios. A Rosary to be recited at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 352 N. Pine Ave, Chama, NM on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will also take place at St. Patrick��?�s Catholic Church on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 11:00 am. Inurnment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asked you make donations in Claudine's honor to the St. Patrick's Church Building Fund, 325 N. Pine Ave.,Chama NM 87520.
