Martinez, Cleo A. Martinez, Cleo A - Age 80, passed away after suffering with cancer on Thursday, October 10, 2013. She was born in Wagon Mound, NM on July 20, 1933 to Felix and Febronia �Effie� Archuleta. She lived in Roy, NM with her husband Freddie. She will be remembered as wife, loving mother, loving grandmother, great grandmother, sister who loved being with her family. When the family would get together she would remember everyones favorite meals. She was very dedicated to the Catholic Church, she helped clean the church, set it up for special masses, she was a Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the Archdiocese Pastoral Council. She was preceded in death by her father Felix Archuleta and her mother Febronia �Effie� Archuleta. Cleo is survived by her husband Freddie R. Martinez of 57 year, brother Cresencio Archuleta and wife Mary Lou of Springer, NM, daughters Cleo Anne Valencia of Bernalillo, NM, Lynda Anne Perez and her husband Rey of Bernalillo, NM, Lue Anne "Lulu" Perez and her husband Kenneth �Kenny� of Bernalillo, NM and Jane Anne Garcia of Albuquerque. Cleo had 8 grandchildren, Camille Perez, Reynaldo III and Karlene, Irene Villanueva and husband Arthuro, Kenneth and Mona, Freddie Garcia and wife Victoria, Nicholas Garcia and wife Brittany, Jeremy Garcia and fianc� Renee and Sarah Kimmell. Cleo had 12 Great grand children, Melissa Villanueva, Andres Villanueva, Aalyah Garcia, Monica Garcia, Freddie Garcia, Christianna Garcia, Layla Garcia, Sierra Garcia, Adelina Garcia, Matthew Kimmell and Godson Ethan Kimmell. A Rosary will be recited Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. Rosary will be recited on Monday October 14, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Santa Clara Catholic Church in Wagon Mound NM with a mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery.
