Clodoveo (Veo) Hurtado

HURTADO-Clodoveo (Veo) Hurtado, age 91, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, was called home by the Lord, Tuesday, August 12, 2008, while surrounded by his loving family. He was a life long resident of Pena Blanca, NM; and was known to be the oldest resident in his community. After Veo retired from the New Mexico State Highway Department, he enjoyed spending time gardening. He was an avid Los Angels Angels Baseball fan. Veo is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Hurtado of the family home; his wonderful children, Helen Quintana and her husband Michael, Cristella Armijo and her husband Teddy, Andrew Hurtado and his wife Sophie, Lorenzo Hurtado and his wife Gloria, Larry Hurtado, and Gene Hurtado and his wife Jo Ann; 22 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
