Cobalene (Coby) Mensay

Mensay, Cobalene (Coby) Age 83, went to her heavenly home on August 28, 2022.  A beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.  She was proceeded by the death of her husband, Bob Mensay and is survived by a multitude of children and relatives.

Coby was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family, church and community.  She remained a faithful Christian for her entire life.  She instilled her faith in the numerous children she and her husband raised giving them a strong Christian foundation that has aided them throughout their lives.  We know that God is pleased to have this faithful servant back in his arms.

Coby had several hobbies that included: hand-made dolls, ceramics, gardening, stamping and was an avid reader.

Services will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery for Veterans in Santa Fe, NM on Friday October 7th at 2:00 pm; where Coby will be laid to rest with her husband Bob.  In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Coby’s honor to the New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home in Portales, New Mexico.

The family thanks all the relatives and friends who were supportive of Coby during this difficult time.
