Colbert Harrison

Services for Colbert Cobe Harrison, 28, will be 10 a.m., Dec. 22, at Assembly of God, Houck. James Bennett Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in family plot, Allentown. Harrison died Dec. 15, 2010, in Albuquerque. He was born March 25, 1982, in Fort Defiance, into the Tangle People Clan for the Bitter Water People Clan. Harrison attended Lupton Head Start, Sanders Elementary, Hunters Point Boarding School, Tse’ Ho Tso Middle School, Rough Rock, graduated from Sanders Valley High School in 2001 and graduated from North American Technical College, Phoenix, in 2003. Survivors include his wife, Tracey Yazzie of Sanders; son, Nika Cobe Harrison of Sanders; daughter, Celesti Heaven Harrison of Sanders; parents, Christina Harrison of Allentown; brothers, Colin Harrison, Craig Harrison, Corey Harrison, all of Allentown, Philbert Atsitty of Klagetoh; sisters, Kayle Smith of Fort Wood, Texas, Marlena Atsitty of Kansas City, Mo., Maureen Atsitty of Klagetoh, Crystal Atsitty of Klagetoh; grandparents, Steven Ashley Sr., Pauline Ashley of Allentown. Harrison was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rex Harrison Sr., Marie Harrison; father, Gilbert Harrison. Pallbearers will be Bradford Johns, Inann Johns, Orlando Lee, Lorenzo Goodluck, Levi Harrison, Derrick Avery. The family will receive relatives and friends at Houck Chapter House, following services.
