Cornelius James "Jim" Finnen

Finnen, Cornelius James Age 83, a resident of Rio Rancho for 40 years, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Mary Finnen. Cornelius is survived by his sons, Neil P. Finnen and wife Nancy, Matthew Finnen; grandchildren, Nina Finnen and Nerissa Finnen. He was a veteran who served is country in the US Navy. He retired from the Albuquerque City Attorneys office. Cornelius loved to play golf and had numerous friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, September 14, 2013 at St. John's Vianney Catholic Church, 1001 Meteor NE, Rio Rancho, NM. Inurnment to follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given in Cornelius's honor to The Good Shepherd Center, 218 Iron Avenue SW, Albuquerque, NM 87103.
