Craig Alan Curtis

Craig Alan Curtis, 60, of Rio Rancho, died on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at home.  He was born on July 28, 1960 to Carl and Loretta (Midge) Curtis. He spent his early years in Albuquerque attending school and ventured out to Kansas City, Dallas and Santa Fe before settling near his family in Placitas, NM.

Craig enjoyed a variety of employment including a software technician, landscaper and handyman for local friends and neighbors.

Craig left behind two beautiful Siamese cats, Jasper and Joshua.  They were like his children and he cared for them for ten years.

Craig is survived by his brother Steve and 6 nieces and nephews.  He was preceded by his parents, many friends and relatives.

A memorial will be held in Craig’s honor in April 2021 at Sandia Peak as his wishes were to scatter his ashes in one of New Mexico’s iconic locations.
