Crestina Abeyta

Crestina Abeyta (nickname Tina) was born February 21, 1952 in Las Vegas, New Mexico and passed away March 6, 2021 in Albuquerque, NM.  She was 69 years old. Crestina attended West Las Vegas schools and graduated from Luna Community College.  She was married to Louis Abeyta Jr. for 48 years. 
Crestina is preceded in death by her parents: Alfredo and Maria Garcia,  brothers : Eddie Garcia and Sam Garcia, and sister: Anna Taylor.   She is survived by husband Louis Abeyta Jr. of Albuquerque, NM, children:  Louis Abeyta III of Albuquerque, NM, Lozanne Meyer and husband Mike of Rio Rancho, NM and Mareena Romero of Burleson, TX, brothers: Benny Garcia and wife Lillian of Las Vegas, NM, Johnny Garcia of Ft. Morgan, CO, sisters: Gloria Bustos of Lancaster, CA, Sofia Martinez and husband Roy of Las Vegas, NM, Grandchildren Felisha Chavez, Steven Chavez, Dominic Sanchez, Kira Chavez, Aeryana Romero, Kaitlyn Romero, Mila Abeyta, Jacob Chavez, Abby Chavez, Xzavior Romero, Bianca Abeyta, and one great grandchild: Jane Dowd. Crestina also had numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
