CARNES_Cynthia Carnes, 67, of Corrales, NM passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Cindy was born on March 16, 1942 to Sam and Charlotte Bolin Carnes in Victoria, Texas. An artist her entire life, she enjoyed traveling the world with her friends and family, capturing the different landscapes and perspectives, but her true passion was the Southwest. Her greatest true loves were her family and her beloved animals. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Charlotte Carnes. She is survived by three children, Jim Wall, Jr. and wife Chandra of Rio Rancho, NM, Suzy Wilcox and her husband Chase of Kansas City, KS, and Charlotte Smith and her husband Doug of Corrales, NM; three grandchildren, Christopher and Amanda Wall of Rio Rancho, NM, and Addison Smith of Corrales, NM; brother, Sam Carnes and wife Nancy of Knoxville, TN; niece, Cynthia Carnes of Knoxville, TN; and her former husband, Jim Wall, Sr.; as well as her animals, Scatter, Precious, Charlie, Ping, Winston, and Oscar.
