Hyde, Daniel A. Daniel Hyde, 65 was called to be with his Lord and Savior on December 20, 2014. He was born on September 7, 1949 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Daniel graduated from Bethany High School in 1967 and loved sports, especially basketball. He was the center for the high school basketball team and tackle for the football team. Dan work for many years for Mistletoe Express Trucking Company as a shipping clerk after attending Bethany Nazarene College and Central State University in Edmond. Dan met and married the love of his life, Ruth Ann Classen, in the year 2000. Dan and Ruth had nine beautiful years together before her death in 2009. Dan and Ruth had no children. Dan was preceded in death by his parents; Alfred Edgar Hyde and Robbie Lee Carter Hyde. Daniel is survived by his sister Angela Hyde Greer of Albuquerque, New Mexico and his brother James Hyde of Norman, Oklahoma. His kindness, caring, and gentle ways, as well as his smile, will be missed. The family wishes to thank Hospice of New Mexico for helping to provide compassionate care of Daniel. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 10:00am at H.L. Short Prayer Chapel Southern University 6729 MW 39th Expressway Bethany, Oklahoma 73008.
