July 13, 1921 - September 17, 2010 Darlene Olga (Johnson) Hunt, our beautiful blue-eyed angel received her wings Friday, September 17, 2010. Darlene was born July 13, 1921 to Wilfred and Kathryn Johnson in Sandy, Utah. She raised six children as a single mom. She delivered Navajo Times for 25 years and owned Valley Hair Care. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, a son, and a daughter. She is survived by five children: R.G. Hunt, Tracey Irwin, Kathryn Woodbury, Julia Porter, and her very special gift from God, Celia Hunt; sister, Donna; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Darlene will be Monday, September 20, 2010 from 5-8 pm at Cope Memorial Chapel in Farmington. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Cope Memorial Chapel with Pastor Don Chitty officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers are Franklin Irwin, William Hunt, Zach Hunt, Ringo Hunt, R.G. Hunt III, and Jaydin Maners. Darlene is in the care of Cope Memorial Chapel, 404 W. Arrington, in Farmington. (505)327-5142.
