David Castillo

Castillo, David Age 64, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011. He was born January 11, 1947 to late Salomon and Louisa Castillo, in Albuquerque, NM. David was a proud Veteran who served in the U.S. Army. He was employed by Yellow Freight for 29 years. He was a member of Legacy Church and was very active with the children's ministry. David enjoyed fishing, woodworking, volunteering, and riding motorcycles. He was preceded in death by brother, Elfego Castillo; sister, Lupita Castillo. David is survived by his loving wife,Victoria; two sons, David Castillo, Reuben Castillo; three brothers, Salomon Castillo and wife, Gloria, Sammy Castillo and wife, Kathy, Jimmy Castillo and wife, Polly; two sisters, Polly Laws and husband, Jim, Angie Montoya; five Grandchildren, Marcus Castillo, Dominic Castillo, Joshua Castillo, Brian Castillo, Elie Castillo. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 25, 2011, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary , 9420 Fourth St. NW. Final viewing will be Friday, August 26, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.at Legacy Church (East Side), 4701 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, where Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Marcus Castillo, Dominic Castillo, Jesse Trias, Tony Trias, Paul Castillo, Leonard Castillo, Danny Medina. David's care has been entrusted to:
