David (Dave) Luis Garcia, 34 passed away, Saturday, May 6, 2017. He was born on June 8, 1982 in Albuquerque, NM to parents Robert L. Garcia of Albuquerque NM and Natalie G Barrera of Alamogordo NM. David is survived by his three boys: Brian Garcia and his mother Melinda Madrid of Hernandez, NM; Jayden Garcia and his mother Jennifer Trent of Los Alamos, NM; Evin Garcia and his mother Heather Archuleta of Espanola; his father, Robert Garcia and stepmom, Jeannie Sigala; mother, Natalie Barrera and stepfather, Francisco Barrera; his 6 siblings: sister, Audrey Hernandez and husband Michael Hernandez; brothers, Robert Garcia and wife, Kim Garcia, Michael Garcia, Nathan Barrera, Ivan Barrera and wife Korina, Obed Barrera, and wife Mayra; his grandparents: Severo and Aurelia Cordova, grandfather, Orlando Garcia; numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. David was a long time residence of Espanola, NM and owner of DAS Construction. He loved music, singing and playing his guitar. He loved being outdoors fishing, 4 wheeling and hunting. David was such a comedian he loved being silly and making people laugh. He loved his family and friends but more than anything was the love he had for his boys, they were his life! He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held Friday, May 12, 2017 at 12:00 pm. at Daniels Family Funeral Service, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
