David Micheal Lovato

David Lovato, age 43, took his first breath in heaven on August 6th, 2015. He was born to Micheal and Shirley Lovato, and is survived by his mother, his sister Melanie Lovato, grandparents Sally and Raymundo Garcia,  son Alec Gurule-Lovato, neice and nephew Elizabeth and Kyle Goens. He was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Growing up David always had a knack and love for electronics. He was always taking things apart, putting them back together or even hooking up all of his stereo speakers together to create his own surround sound. He also had a love and passion for riding motorcycles. His motorcycle was his baby. Being a bit of a speed freak, he loved to go fast. He would always find ways to tune up and upgrade his bike. Sadly, he suffered serious injuries when he was involved in an accident while riding his motorcycle on March 11th,1996 confining him to a wheelchair for the remainder of his life. David didn't let his accident crush his spirit. He still appreciated life every day he had. He became a father on May 15th, 1996 to his only son and child Alec Gurule-Lovato. Alec was his pride and joy, and David did everything in his power to be the best father that he could be. David has been and will continue to be an inspiration to those who had the honor of knowing him.  He will be remembered, loved, and missed dearly.
