David Claude Runner

RUNNER_ David Claude Runner, 61, a resident of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. David was born October 3, 1947 in Mojave, California. He had received several medals, among which was the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart while serving in the Special Forces Green Beret of the United States Army during the Vietnam War. David was a Hot Rod and Antique Auto enthusiast. He was a blacksmith, artist, and bicyclist; a loving husband, and a loving friend to many people. David is survived by his wife, Diane Dodd of Santa Rosa, NM; father, Waldo Runner of North Carolina; step-son, Alec Lengal of Santa Rosa, NM.
