Deborah Ann Foe

Deborah A. Foe, age 73, passed away February 12, 2025 in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born September 21, 1951 to Richard and Charlotte Henegan in Vicksburg, MS.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Daniel; son, Jospeh Foe; brothers: Richard Henegan, John Henegan, and Patrick Henegan; sisters, Susan Biefer, Mary Henegan and Elizabeth Henegan.

She graduated from Nolan High School, Fort Worth, TX in 1969. Received her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education in 1974 and taught from 1975 to 2025.

Debbie lived a full and beautiful life surrounded by a large family and her grateful students. She was a loving wife and best friend for 52 years to her husband, Dan, and a caring mother to her son Joseph. Early childhood education was her passion, specializing in grades kindergarten through third. She was a life treasure and impacted countless lives. She will be sorely missed in all our hearts.
