Wolfe died Feb. 21, 2011, in Phoenix. She was born June 6, 1960, in Ganado, into the One Who Walks Around People Clan for the Bitter Water People Clan. Wolfe graduated from Shiloh Christian High School in Georgia. She received her bachelors degree from University of Arizona, Tucson and masters degree from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff. She was a primary teacher at Chinle Public School, kindergarten teacher at Le Pera Elementary School, Poston. Survivors include her husband, James Daniel Wolfe of Poston; son, Christopher Morgan of Chinle; daughters, Charity Dedman of Chinle, Emerald Morgan of Phoenix; parents, Henry Haven Sr., Marie Haven, both of Cross Canyon; brothers, Henry Haven Jr. of Window Rock, Ronald Haven of Window Rock, Martin Haven of Fort Defiance, Shaun Haven of Chinle, Alfonso Haven of Chinle; sisters, Cecelia Benally of Chinle, Henrietta Haven of Red Mesa, Marietta Nevayaktewa of Farmington, Cheryl Harry of Farmington; two grandchildren. Wolfe was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tulley and Hazel Cornfields. Pallbearers will be Michael Suarez, Denver Benally, Ryan Nevayaktewa, Derek Benally, Elijah Haven, Merle Yazzie. The family will receive relatives and friends at 6 p.m., tonight, Feb. 24, Chinle Potter’s House, Chinle. Arrangements are entrusted to Tse Bonito Mortuary.
