Dennis Michael Geshel, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2021 at the age of 36. Dennis was born on July 24, 1985 at the Fort Bragg Army Hospital, North Carolina. He spent his first five years in the Sandhills of North Carolina, moving to Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 1991. He was an ambitious, hard-working, and an energetic entrepreneur who built a life he loved surrounded by his family and good friends.
Dennis is survived by his partner of over 10 years, LeAndra Evette Arias, and their two children Mylana Jazel Geshel and Jaxon Brett Geshel; mother, Ileen Y. Marquez of Rio Rancho; father, Dennis J. Geshel and stepmother, Kristin E. Geshel; siblings, Samantha and Benjamin Geshel of Lyme, Connecticut; paternal grandmother, Carolina Theresa Dufrin; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; In-laws Alfred and Veronica Arias, Robert and Loretta Spencer, Thomas Arias and Lauren Dillard, nephew Max Spencer, and nieces, Giana, Vivian, Koko (Eleanor), Poppy and Iris Spencer. He is also survived by many friends who were like family to Dennis.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfathers, Dennis M. Geshel and William Dufrin; maternal grandparents, Serafin (Fino) Marquez and Eleanor Moctezuma.

Catholic Funeral Mass will be recited on January 22, 2022 @ 9:30 am, Sacred Heart Church 309 Stover, ABQ, NM.
