Dolores "Dee" M. Goin

Age 86, was embraced by our Lord Jesus Monday, May 14, 2018. She was born in Colorado Springs, CO on May 25, 1931, to Walter Moredock and Emily Moredock.  Dee M. Goin was preceded in death by her sons, Rich Goin and Steve Goin; daughter:  Julie Anne Goin and parents Walt and Emma Moredock.  Dee is survived by her husband Richard "Dick" Goin; sons, Kevin Goin and Brian and his wife (Toni) Goin; brother; Don Moredock and sister; Dorothy Loper, five grandchildren; Kelly, Mason, Jackie, Jessica and Lauren, three great grandchildren; Kylie, Kali and Kataleya, her dog: Shadow. Dee attended St. Mary High School in Colorado Springs, CO and graduated in 1949, she also attended Blair Business Collage and graduated in 1951.   She worked as a Business Secretary in Colorado Springs and Albuquerque. Dee was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.  Dee loved traveling all of Europe, she loved playing tennis and cross country skiing (won numerous awards in tennis).  Dee did volunteer work at Palo Duro Senior Center, she belonged to the wood carver's and was also part of the photography club and lab for many years. Dee was a strong member of The Golden Eagles of the U.S. Eagle Federal C.U.  She enjoyed attending the Santa Fe Opera and Old Town Theatre. In the winter months she would ski the Sandia's in the morning then play tennis all afternoon in the city.  Dee loved her grandchildren especially; Mason, Kelly and Jackie, longed to hold her identical twins great granddaughters; Kylie and Kali.
