Age 87, passed away peacefully in Rio Rancho, NM on Thursday, February 19, 2015. He was born in Clinton, IN and spent the majority of his life in East Chicago and Highland, IN.
Donald is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elizabeth; children, Anthony Costa and Deneen Costa; one granddaughter, Myra Sexton; one brother, Louis Costa and wife Bernadette ("Bobbi"); sister-in-law, Elaine (Tillie") Fechalos; brother-in-law, David Doerr and wife Angela; four nieces; six nephews; many cousins in New Mexico, Indiana and Florida.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in the near future at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Valrico, FL. Inurnment will take place at Serenity Meadows Cemetery in Riverview, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations be given in Donald's honor to the St. John Vianney Building Fund, 1001 Meteor Avenue NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144.
