Donald W. Frazier

March 11, 1937 — April 13, 2016

Don W. Frazier, 79, he fought the good fight, he finished the course, he kept the faith (2 Tim 4:7).

Don obeyed, trusted, and believed that God saves us through grace by faith in our Lord Jesus.  Don was born in Vaughn, New Mexico on March 11, 1937.  He married his lifetime sweetheart Shirley J. Burns after seeing her singing in the church choir; they married on June 10, 1960.  They had their first-born son, Jeff T. Frazier, in March 1962, their second-born son, Greg B. Frazier in April 1966, and Shawn E. Frazier in December 1969.

Don and Shirley were happily married 55 years by putting God first and each other second.  They enjoyed raising three godly children and taught these biblical values to them.  Don attended and served in various capacities at church throughout his entire life: Deacon, church bus driver, Sunday school teacher, board member, security and parking lot duties etc.  Don and Shirley have attended Asbury Methodist Church since 1994.  Don loved God, his family, the east mountains, shooting, target practice, fixing cars and anything not running well or needing fixing or made.  He also enjoyed helping those in need.
