He was born in Monroe, Michigan on April 29, 1946 and is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Irene Novicki and brother Robert Novicki. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Iva Novicki, daughter Catherine (Michael) Warner and son Thomas (Jennifer) Novicki.
