Donna L. Taylor

Taylor, Donna L Age 57, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 in San Antonio, NM. She was born in Austin, TX on March 3, 1957, to John K. and Edith F. (Maxwell) Davis. Donna grew up in Austin and moved to Socorro, NM in 1974 and received her GED in 1981. She worked at Supermart for 15 years and as a caregiver for the last 14 years. Donna married Alvie F. Taylor on Feb. 6, 1974. Donna was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very caring and giving person who will be missed by all of those that loved her and knew her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of forty years,, Alvie F. Taylor; and her parents. Donna is survived by her loving children, Alvie Taylor Jr. and Tara L. Taylor; her brothers, John Davis Jr. and Richard Davis; sisters, Deborah Henderson and Janet Shaw, grandchildren, Kevin Kenneth Taylor, Antonio Garcia, Dustin Taylor, and Jerry Taylor . Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Daniels Family Funeral Services-Socorro Chapel, 309 Garfield, Socorro with Rev. David McDaniel officiating.
