Faith I've been on the hilltop
Where air was clean and life was good.
Anything was possible
And I had faith.
I've been in the valley
Where shadows crept in
Where footsteps faltered
And so did faith.
Yet this I know
God was, and is!
I'm the one who doubted and strayed
And God forgave time and again. Dorothy Marie Smalley Our cherished Mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, aunt and friend, Dorothy M. Smalley died peacefully on Sunday, November 9, 2008.
