Earl T. Johnson

Johnson, Earl T. Age 92, passed away Friday, January 18, 2013. Earl was born in Richmond, VA on May 9, 1920, to Thomas and Ella Johnson. Earl proudly served his country in the 365 Infrantry, Division 92 in the U.S. Army during WWII. Prior to his retiring to New Mexico he was a New York City MTA as a bus driver for 45 years. He was a long time member of the Masons, Knights of Columbus, and the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Goldie Wade; brother, Wilbert Johnson; and stepson, Richard Chandler. Earl is survived by his loving wife, Caldean Johnson; children: Barbara Rogers; Earl Johnson, Jr. and wife Patricia; Antoninette Little and husband Roman, and Staci Miceli and husband, Joseph; grandchildren: Phillip Rogers; Elizabeth Rogers; Chaunis Johnson; Tanzania Johnson; Jachin Chandler; Medina Chandler, and Tamika Brown; great-grandchildren: Amaya; Hollis; Mekhi; Kanaya; Paris; Martique; Jaylen; Jada, and Jeremiah. A Rosary to be recited on Monday, January 28, 2013, at 10:00 am and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
