Edward (Eddie) Jose Perea

PEREA, “Eddie” Eduardo Jose Perea, age 91, passed away January 30, 2011. Eddie was born on March 16, 1919 in Albuquerque, NM to Emiliano Perea and Agapita Armenta. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Carmen, sons; Eddie and Michael Perea. His sister; Prisicilla Perea and brother; Joe Perea. A proud veteran of World War II, he served in the South Pacific, and he loved to play his accordion. He is survived by his brothers and sisters; Dora Reams, Lucille Leal, Henry Perea, Evangeline Garcia, Gilbert Perea and Margaret Druhlet. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the Carlisle chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7:00p.m. also at Carlisle Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 S. Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM.
