Money, Edward H. "Eddie"
Age 68, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015. He was born in Elgin, IL on January 5, 1947, to Harold and Mary Money. Edward attended Our Lady of Fatima, Jefferson Jr. High and graduated from Highland High School. He played basketball for all three and lettered at Jefferson and Highland in basketball and also lettered for baseball at Jefferson Jr. High . He loved all sports at every level, professional, college, high school and even middle school. he loved attending his friends kids games and rooting them on and even giving the referees a very hard time. He was very disappointed when he could no longer attend the games. He owned his own landscaping business for many years with many dedicated clients. Eddie had a wide variety of friends and as years went by he would stop by to see them on a daily basis or he would cruise by to see what they were up to, thinking they didn't see him. He loved all animals especially dogs, he was very upset when his devoted Zane passed away. If he knew you had a dog he would visit and make sure to bring them treats. Many of his friends have known him for over fifty years, if you were his friend he was very loyal if you would have disagreements he's always come back. He was preceded in death by his parents. Edward is survived by sister, Pat Williams of Albuquerque, NM, and her significant other (Mr.) Lynn Meiers; sister, Marie Shutts and husband Jim of Fountain Hills, AZ, nephews, Marty Williams, Todd Williams, of Albuquerque, NM, Christopher Shutts of Libertyville, IL, niece, Stephanie Money of Arizona, and great nieces, Scarlett and Sofia of Albuquerque, NM, Maggie and McKenzie of Libertyville IL. He was loved by many and will be missed by his friends young and old. Service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10:00am at Daniels Family Funeral Services Wyoming Chapel.
