Edwin E. Tilgner

Edwin E. Tilgner, 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1962, died Thursday, July 3, 2014. He is survived by his two children, Linda Morton and husband, Monty and Mike Tilgner; and one granddaughter, Amy Morton. Mr. Tilgner was born May 13, 1927 in Evanston, WY. He was a longtime employee of Albuquerque Seismic Lab. After retirement, Mr. Tilgner volunteered at NM Museum of Natural History. He was also a private pilot most of his life and spent many hours flying his Cessna 120. Mr. Tilgner was a member of the Quiet Birdmen. Memorial Services will be held Friday, July 11, 2014, 2:00 p.m., at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
