Eerin Atkinson

ATKINSON - Eerin Atkinson, age 38, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 15, 2009. He was the son of Sharon Engel of Albuquerque and F. Richard Atkinson of Las Cruces, New Mexico. A resident of Albuquerque, Eerin is survived by his parents, his step-father Bill Weissman, his step-mother Linda Fredrickson; his son, Azure; his sister Edye Cowan of Davis, California; his brother Eric of Tularosa, New Mexico; his aunt Pamela Engel of Albuquerque; his uncle Charles Atkinson of Ohio; and five nieces and nephews. He is also survived by Kelly Watson, his significant other. Eerin was a graduate of Highland High School and received his certificate as a machinist from Albuquerque TVI Community College. Eerin also owned a jewelry manufacturing business in Albuquerque known as Sine Que Non for ten years. His first love was music, composing music, as well as being an accomplished musician. He enjoyed playing the bass guitar for a band known as "Jessica's Panties". He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.
