Eleanora N. Davis

Davis, Eleanora M. Eleanora (Ellie) Davis, age 95, passed away peacefully February 11, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Davis in 1997, and her great-grandson, Noah Davis in 2006. She is survived by her son, James G. (Garry) Davis, and wife Sally; grandsons, Charles B. (Bryse) Davis and wife Alberta, and Zachary G. Davis and wife Trisha; great-grandchildren, Reina Davis, and Aydin Davis, all of Albuquerque. Eleanora was born in Crestline, Ohio, on September 24, 1918, and lived most of her life in Canton, Ohio. She worked as a social worker for the State of Ohio and upon retirement, moved to Albuquerque in 1984 where she pursued her love of painting and traveling around New Mexico. The family extends its gratitude to Presbyterian Hospice for its support and assistance and to the caregivers at Mesa Arriba Family Care Home for their living, constant, personal care. Interment will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
