Elicia "Alice" Lorine Flores

Flores, Elicia 'Alice' Lorine Age 67, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born in Socorro, NM on April 6, 1947, to Pilar and Petra (Cordova) Martinez. Alice grew up in Socorro and graduated from Socorro High School in 1965. Alice lived most of her life in Socorro except for living a few years in Cheyenne, WY. She was employed by Tripp's Jewelry manufacturing for 25 years and retired in 2009. Alice was a very caring and loving person and enjoyed helping people out in any way she could. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a good cook and enjoyed visiting with people. Alice will be greatly missed by all of those that knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Herrera and her husband, Rick; her son, John Flores; her brother, Orlando Martinez and his wife, Genevieve; grandchildren, Brenna Torres, Randi Herrera, Maribel Flores, Damien Reyna and Zavier Reyna; step-sister, Lucy Baca and her husband, Albert; and step-mom, Frances Martinez. Rosary to be recited on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 8:30 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro with Mass of Resurrection to be celebrated immediately following at 9:00 am.
