Lacy, Elizabeth Linda Elizabeth Linda Lacy , 76, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Lacy was born on July 14, 1934 in Kansas City, MO. She ran a childrens center and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son Greg T. Wagner. Elizabeth is survived by her companion and friend, Stephen Schroeder; brother, James Lacy (Sherry), Frank Lacy Jr. (Shirley).
