Emilia G. Fajardo

Fajardo, Emilia G. Age 94, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2012. She was born in La Joya, NM on July 7, 1917, to and Ruperto and Petra Peralta Garcia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank K. Fajardo, her beloved brothers, Benny Garcia and Gene Garcia, her beloved sister, Berna Garcia, and son-in-law, Danny Marble. Emilia is survived by her loving daughters: Susan Fajardo, Mary Ellen Marble and Gloria Bourelle and husband, Paul; her loving sons: Rudolph Fajardo Sr. and Robert Fajardo; Five Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, One Great Great Grandchild . Emilia was a member of the Legion of Mary and very involved at the Socorro Senior Citizen Center. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and loved to travel. A Rosary will be recited on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:00 am at the San Miguel Catholic Church with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 10:30 am. Father Andrew Pavlak as Celebrant. Interment will be in the San Miguel Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robert Fajardo, Frank Marble, John Marble, Paul Bourelle and David Avalos.
