Emma Naranjo

NARANJO- Emma Naranjo, age 86, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to Eternal Life by the Lord, Friday, May 29, 2009. Emma was born on June 21, 1922, in Cuba, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband Ignacio Naranjo. Emma is survived by her loving children Willie Naranjo, Reggie Naranjo and wife Elise, Kenny Naranjo, Elmer Naranjo, David Naranjo and wife Janetta, Leroy Naranjo and wife Olivia, Paul Naranjo, Michael Naranjo, Johnny Naranjo, Frankie Naranjo and wife Barbara, Marcella Naranjo, Margaret Naranjo and Trudy Gallegos and husband Roger. Also surviving are three sisters Aurora Chavez, Sadie Pena, and Rume Martinez one brother Joe Pena and 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren. Emma will be greatly missed by all. Emma enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening and praying the rosary. She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Casket Bearers will be her son's Elmer, David, Leroy, Paul, Frankie, and Johnny. Honorary Bearers will be Marcel Gallegos and Joseph Gallegos.
