Age 82, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. She was born August 1, 1934 in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Emy attended St. Mary's Canossian College in Hong Kong. She was a singer and seamstress for 70 years. Emy was a member of Annunciation Church - Bacon, Sorsogon, Philippines; Rosary Church - Hong Kong; Our Lady of Fatima - Albuquerque, New Mexico U.S.A. Legion of Mary, Auxiliary Member. She is survived by her daughter, Angelica Plass of Albuquerque; son, Ricardo Roca of Mission, British Columbia, Canada; grandchildren, Stephan and Rosemary Plass of Albuquerque; son-in-law, Richard Plass of Albuquerque; niece, Rubilyn Herrera of Sorsogon, Philippines; and nephew, Ruben Despabiladeras.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Narciso Roca; parents, Soledad and Epifanio Despabiladeras; and brothers, Toledo, Ricardo and Ruben Despabiladeras. A Rosary will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2016, 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE. Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Guadalupe Mausoleum on December 27 at 10:00 a.m.
