Eppie Bachicha Armijo

ARMIJO- Eppie Bachicha Armijo, passed away at home on October 17th, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Las Vegas, NM on June 3, 1933, to William and Josephine Bachicha, a pioneer New Mexico Family. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Josephine Gallegos Bachicha and William Bachicha; her sister, Marie Bachicha, and her loving husband of 58 years, Albert Armijo. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Kloeppel and son-in-law, Ken Kloeppel, and granddaughter, Jenna Kloeppel. She is also survived by five siblings, Bill Bachicha and wife, Rose; Thomas Bachicha, and wife, Betty; Joseph Bachicha, and wife, Clara; Dr. Robert Bachicha, and wife, Maria; and Anna Bachicha Reynolds and husband, Anthony. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Bonnie Griego and husband, Fred; Mable Baca and husband, Ray; Sarah Chavez, and many nieces and nephews. Eppie lived a full and passionate life. She was a political activist and an integral part of the Democratic Party for years at the local and state level. This was a passion she shared with her husband, Albert. They were also world travelers. They never tired of visiting new and exciting places. They shared another passion, their love of their only grandchild, Jenna. They were both very proud of her abilities and her accomplishments. They are now together again. Eppie will be dearly missed by all who loved her. Pallbearers are Bill Bachicha, Thomas Bachicha, Joseph Bachicha, John Silva, Chris Silva and Anthony Reynolds. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Robert Bachicha and Kenneth Kloeppel. Funeral Services are entrusted to:
