Ernestine Duran

Duran, Ernestine Loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the age of 72. She was born in Bernal, New Mexico. Ernestine adored her family and loved spending time with them. She is preceded in death by her husband Margarito Duran; son Patrick Duran; brother Toby Salazar; mother Carmelita Salazar and granddaughter Erica Duran. Ernestine is survived by children Lucy Molina, Lucille Chavez, Lawrence Duran and wife Cynthia, Michael Duran & Kelly Santistevan, Bernadette Duran, Angel Herrera & Sugar Garcia; sister Stella Lucero; 21 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be Thursday, December 19, 2013 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave NW at 9:00 am. Private interment will take place at a later time. Ernestine will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
