Esteban Rodriguez

RODRIGUEZ " Esteban Rodriguez, 65, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away February 23, 2011. He is survived by his three children, Stephanie L. Rodriguez-Romero and husband, Pat V. of Bernalillo, Bernadette Rodriguez-Garcia and husband, Jose of Rio Rancho and David E. Rodriguez of Bernalillo; four grandchildren, Esteban Romero, Jevon Rodriguez, Sabrina Romero and David Ray Rodriguez; sisters, Polly Silva and husband, Ernest of Los Ranchos, Linda Lucero and husband, Mike of Alameda and Hope Lopez and husband, Orlando of Albuquerque; brother, Alex Rodriquez and wife, Lorraine of Belen; special nieces, Marie Rodriquez-Barreras and husband, Gary and Penny Elkins; God-daughter, Caprina Aragon; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dog, Mariposa. He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Rodriguez, in 2001. Esteban, formerly of Bernalillo, has lived in Rio Rancho for the last 10 years. He proudly served his country with the U. S. Army. Esteban loved to fish and watch old western movies on television. A Memorial Service for Esteban will be Thursday, March 3, 2011, 5:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho (inside Vista Verde Memorial Park). Interment with Military Honors will be Friday, March 4, 2011, 10:00 am at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
