Eva Candelaria de Velarde

Age 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, September 3, 2012. She is one of the founding families of Albuquerque. She was a graduate of University of New Mexico and was the best wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Vidal Velarde, her children Loretta and Michael Velarde. Eva is survived by her daughter Anita Velarde Delgado and her husband Daniel. Her son Robert Velarde and his wife Judi. Grandchildren Roberta Velarde, Estevan and Gisella Delgado and Maya Velarde. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at San Felipe de Neri Parish at 6:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 7, 2012 at San Felipe de Neri Parish at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Daniels Family Funeral Services
