Fite, Evelyn Agnes
Age 98, passed away at her home in Socorro, NM on Sunday, August 28, 2016 surrounded by her loving family and dear friends. Born Evelyn Agnes Galenzovsky on February 20, 1918 in Outlook, Saskatchewan to Herman and Emma (Brown) Galenzovsky. Evelyn married Dean Fite on May 16, 1937. Together they built a legacy. They owned and operated the Fite Ranch. Evelyn knew the value of hard work, honesty, integrity, and commitment. She was one of a kind. She never met a stranger, and she always had a story to tell. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Dean Fite; brother, Ervin Galon; and sister, Ruth Bryan. Auntie is survived and loved by numerous nephews and nieces. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. All those who had the privilege in knowing her will be forever blessed because of her.
