Evelyn Faye Latimer Miller

Evelyn (Faye) Latimer Miller, 86, a retired Home Health Care worker in Alburquerque, New Mexico.   Born on January 30, 1938 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Wilbur C. and Mary H. Latimer and passed away on March 19, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Faye attended elementary school at Mahoning School in Mahoningtown, Pennsylvania; Elm Street School and Madison School in Youngstown, Ohio.  She went on to Hayes Junior High and graduated from Rayen High School in Youngstown.  After completing high school, Faye went to work at North Side Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio as a Nurses Aid.  She later worked as a cashier and bookkeeper at the Farmer’s National Bank in Canfield, Ohio.  After moving to Alburquerque, she took a job as a Home Health Care worker.  Faye married Donald Lee Miller on November 22, 1967 at Avalon, Pennsylvania.  They had no children.  Donald was a fork lift tractor Mechanic at Republic Steel Corp. in Niles, Ohio.   They moved to Albuquerque in 1978 where he worked for Clark Lift of New Mexico.  He was killed in an industrial accident on July 15, 1988.  She was a member of Calvary Church of Albuquerque. Faye was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Donald.  She leaves a brother Westford Ramos (Ray) Latimer of Linden, California.  

A funeral services will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024.  Visitation is from 9:30 to 10:00 am at Daniel Family Funeral Home (4310 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, New Mexico) followed by a graveside service and committal at Vista Verde Memorial Park (4320 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, New Mexico).
