Fabian Ortega

Fabian Ortega died unexpectedly in Rio Rancho, New Mexico on August 21st, 2021 at the age of 21.

Fabian is survived by his mother Silvia (née Burrola) Ortega, his father Gumercindo Ortega, his brother Manuel Alberto Burrola, his brother Angel Ortega, his sister Alejandra Ortega, his brother Cristobal Ortega and by his sister Silvia Ortega.

Fabian was born on February 15th, 2000 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Silvia (née Burrola) Ortega and Gumercindo Ortega. He attended Rio Rancho High school and graduated in 2018. He then moved on to attend the University of New Mexico where he was studying for a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Other special interests of Fabian’s included playing video games, handy work, cooking, card games, painting, drawing, running, building projects and spending time with his family and friends.

A funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Friday September 3rd, 2021 starting at 10:30Am with Burial to follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park.
