Richard was born in Keokuk Iowa to Archie and Cordelia Sinclair.
Richard went to a Catholic School until High School. He played Basketball in High school and graduated in 1957. After graduation, Richard went to Louisiana to work for his father in the construction business. Richard decided he wanted to go into the Air Force to see the world and ended up in Albuquerque NM. He served his country proudly in the Vietnam War. He then joined the Air National Guard Reserves and retired at the age of 55.
Fally was born in Santa Fe NM to Samuel and Lucy Montoya. Fally and her family moved to Albuquerque NM and started her junior year at Highland High School and graduated in 1957. Richard and Fally met at Bobs Drive Inn. They married in Albuquerque NM in 1959 and were married for 62 years.
Fally was dedicated to her Husband, kids and all the roles as a house wife and mom.
She loved painting and all kinds of crafts and donated her time at the church with all the craft fairs.
Richard and Fally are survived by their 3 children; Sherry, Barbara and Richard L Sinclair Jr (Rick) and Fally’s sister Carmen Swift. Sherry’s Children are David, Joshua (wife) Victoria, Amber, Ashley(husband) Marcus. Barbara and Joe have three children; Rick, (wife) Jeanette, Veronica (husband) John, and Shannon. Richard Jr and (wife) Monica have two children, Luke and Katelin, They had 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren with 3 little ones that will be born in July and many nieces and nephews. They were loved by so many and will be truly missed.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents Archie F and Cordelia Sinclair, Gary (Brother) and wife Geri Sinclair, Mark(nephew), Johnny Sinclair(nephew).
Fally was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Lucy Montoya, brothers Samuel Montoya Jr and Gilbert David Montoya.
Richard and Fally loved spending time with their family. They had so much fun with all their grandchildren. They loved spending time and visiting friends, family and neighbors, playing cards and different games. They loved to go fishing and traveling in their motor home. They were fun, loving and met so many wonderful people along their journey in life.
They both passed days apart and continuing their bond for life in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ.

A rosary will be held Thursday, January 13th at 6:00 pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services Wyoming Chapel located at 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE in Albuquerque NM, 87109.
A Mass will be held Friday, January 14th at 10:00 am, at Risen Savior Catholic Church located at 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE in Albuquerque NM, 87109. Entombment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
