Flora Y. Baca

Age 94, passed away Monday, November 9, 2015. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on June 25, 1921, to  Peter Young and Juanita Duran.
Flora was a Harvey Girl in younger days. She and her husband Ralph of 67 years, shared a passion for traveling, dancing, and enjoying quiet times at their cabin in the Jemez Mountains. Flora raised her four children, Gloria Martinez Serdinsky, Lawrence Baca , Anthony Baca, and Phillip Baca. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, 12 great children, and 3 great-great grand children. Flora was a manicurist for over 10 years, and loved having her nails done. Flora was preceded in death by her parents Peter and Juanita Duran-Young; and 2 sisters Tillie and Katie.
She is survived by sons, Phillip Baca wife Rita, Anthony Baca wife Lynn, Lawrence Baca, and daughter Gloria Martinez Serdinsky.
A Rosary will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 8:00 am, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, with Mass to follow at 9:00 am.
Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dolly Archuleta and Rosemary Maldonado for always being there.
