Flora Duran

DURAN - Flora Duran, age 68, beloved wife, mom, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on May 28, 2011. Flora was a resident of Cuba, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rey and Azusena Jaramillo. Flora is survived by her loving husband, Anselmo “Chemo” Duran; sons, Nolan Correa (Pam), Ronald Correa (Lisa) and Niko Correa, who she raised as a son; stepdaughter, Brenda Montoya (Martin); stepson, Alfred Duran (Rosa). She is also survived by three sisters, Eloisa Perez, Nora Aragon and Georgia Trujillo (Leonard); two brothers, Rey Jaramillo Jr. (Emma) and Rosalio Jaramillo (Carlotta); 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; other numerous relatives and friends. Flora will be greatly missed by all. Visitations will be Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Cuba, NM, where a Rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 1:30 p.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at the Cuba Catholic Cemetery.
