Frances Jean Jones

Frances Jean Jones, 59, of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at San Juan Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 30, 1949, in Gorman, Texas to William Ezeakil and Edith Thompson. Her family later moved to Farmington where she graduated from Farmington High School. Frances enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with her family. She was a very loving person who was dedicated to her family. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her two daughters: Shelene Turnbull and husband Dave of Farmington, and Jean-Elise Chavez and husband Phil also of Farmington, her two sisters: Judy Gifford and JoAnn Vontungeln, both of Portland, Oregon, her brother, James Thompson of Bloomfield, New Mexico, and her four grandchildren: Marcus, Mathew, Michael and Madison Chavez.
