Frank S Castillo

Castillo , Frank S 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born in Socorro, NM on November 16, 1931 to Inacio and Dolores (Sedillo) Castillo. He was a lifelong resident of Socorro. He was a very hard working man and jack of all trades. He enjoyed ranching, riding horses, making horse whips and whisker baskets. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister. Frank is survived by his loving daughter, Dolores Hensley and husband, Robert Serna; his devoted sons, Lorenzo M., Steven D., Antonio T., and Johnny F. Castillo; his step sons, Fred Montoya and wife, Alicia; and Joe Louis Montoya and wife, Julie. Frank also enjoyed his grandchildren, Marlena Castillo and husband, Davante; Matthew Lopez; Francisco "Kiko" Castillo; AJ Castillo; Isaac Castillo; Nikiah Castillo; and many others and also great grandchildren. A Memorial service with the Rosary will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Daniels Family Funeral Services, 309 Garfield, Socorro, NM 87801. Interment will be held in the San Miguel Catholic Cemetery.
