Frank Chenette passed on April 24th 2023, surrounded by family. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Pauline Chenette, son Mark Chenette and wife Holly, daughter Merilee Nelson and husband Neal, grandson Neil Altomare and wife Perri granddaughters McKenna and Isabella Chenette and great granddaughters Laine and Cole Altomare. Sisters Louise Blashke, Eleanor Agnelli and brother Paul Chenette, personal close friend Robert Gurule and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and loved ones.
Frank had a 40-year career in industrial sales which took him all over New Mexico, Arizona, and California. He was a New Mexican at heart. Reading the history of New Mexico and having the Sandia Mountains in his backyard always made him happy. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He worked tirelessly and passionately as a volunteer in the infusion lab for the VA medical center for 14 years.
His wife, family, and his dog sweetie pie were the loves of his life. He always had an open-door policy to family, friends, and neighbors. He loved visiting and always had a cup of coffee ready for anyone that stopped by.
